- ServiceM8 template to make sure every single field that gets auto-filled (client name, address, price, images, etc.) still works exactly as it should - nothing got broken in the rebuild. Pulled the exact gold and navy colours straight out of the reference image you supplied, rather than eyeballing them, so the branding actually matches what you had in mind. - Cleaned up the supplied logo by removing the white box behind it, while carefully keeping the white lettering inside the red oval intact - fiddly but worth it so the logo sits properly on the navy header. - Designed and built the full header banner from scratch - logo, tagline, gold underline swoosh, diagonal accent line, licence pill, contact details, and the four trust badges all sitting on navy. - Created a custom set of fifteen flat icons (Client, Address, Priority, Warranty, Sign, Scope, Images, Payment, Drainage, Taps, Acknowledgement, Why Choose Us, Next Steps and others) - all in matching navy-and-gold style with no gradients, exactly as you asked. - Built the entire document by writing code rather than dragging things around in Word, which means the layout is consistent, repeatable, and not going to fall apart when ServiceM8 fills it in. - Set the page up with full-bleed edges so the navy and gold strips run all the way across the page, while still keeping the body text nicely padded in from the sides. - Made every single table border invisible at multiple levels, so when the document gets converted into a PDF nothing shows up as faint grey lines or boxes. - Reworked the Images of Works section from a fixed grid of four into a flexible two-image layout, since not every job will have four photos - now it doesn't look broken when there are fewer. - Built two brand-new sections from scratch: a "Next Steps" section with big gold numbered steps explaining what happens after the quote, and a refined "Why Choose Us" section with ten benefits, a reviews box, and the Word of Mouth badge. - Standardised the typeface across the whole document to a single clean sans-serif (Roboto), and tidied up font sizes, weights, and spacing everywhere so the document reads consistently from top to bottom. - Went through multiple rounds of building, rendering it out as a PDF, inspecting each page, finding small issues (icons rendering too small, long words wrapping awkwardly, labels overflowing in the footer), and fixing them - rather than handing over the first attempt.
